New board announced for Fort Langley Business Improvement Association
Eric Woodward has been elected president of the Fort Langley Business Improvement Association.
Woodward, of Statewood Properties, will be joined by Melissa Banovich (Fort Langley National Historic Site) and Jim Dyck (Frontier Jim) who are vice-president and secretary-treasurer, respectively.
Andy Abreo (Fort IGA), Dixie Jacobsen (Fort Pub and Grill), Casey Smith (Village Antique Mall), Jason Turner (Infusion BouTEAque) and Misty Vanpopta (The Fort Cyclery) will serve as directors.
Outgoing directors Deanna Grinnell and Pamela Karrer, and long-time board member Stan Duckworth, were all thanked for their efforts over the past couple of years.
Outgoing president John Aldag also presented an overview of activities and accomplishments of the board of directors as well as predicting that the next five years will offer many opportunities in Fort Langley.
