Langley's Zerkee new president

Langley’s Jonathan Zerkee has been elected president of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association of the Fraser Valley.

Zerkee, president of Sonbuilt Custom Homes, has been building custom homes for the past 17 years and has been involved with the CHBA since 2009.

The association aims to encourage professionalism and integrity in all aspects of the home building industry and to have a voice in government and community affairs where it affects the industry.

“My goal for my time as president is to encourage our members and continue to grow and strengthen this association,” he said.

“I do not take lightly the responsibilities the members have entrusted to me.”
