Sarwan Singh Randhawa recently received his PhD for his study on the Impact of Electronic Databases on Library Services in Canada. He received his degree atthe 37th annual convocation of Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, Punjab, India, on March 1. He was also awarded the Ambassador of Diversity Award for his exceptional multicultural services to the community at Langley International Festival’s Multicultural Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony. Sarwan works as a Community Librarian with Fraser Valley Regional Library and supervises the Muriel Arnason Library, located in the Township of Langley Civic Facility building.
