Let your stresses melt away this holiday -- for free

Julie Hick and fellow Langley alternative health practitioners want to help ease the stress of the holidays by offering free treatments for the remainder of December.

Hick said she was sitting in a coffee shop with a fellow health practitioner talking about how the holidays are wonderful but it is also a time of stress.

Hick wanted to pay it forward and leapt into action.

"So many people have stresses from divorce and health to money concerns. We can offer people a way to relieve some of that stress," said Hick.

So beat the winter blues and revitalize your physical and emotional well being with treatments at the Sol Wellness Studios in Walnut Grove.

The team at So Wellness Studios heard Hick's idea and immediately offered up one of their treatment rooms.

For the month of December, Sol Wellness Studios is partnering up with local alternative health practitioners and giving away complementary healing services .

People can indulge in a temporary get away from the rush and stress of the holiday season and rejuvenate in a free session of the ancient art of Reiki and allow calm energy to flow or try hypnotherapy session to promote good health and wellbeing. There will also be hot stone massages and other treatments available.

Contact Julia Hik at 778-861-2237 to set up your appointment.

Sol Wellness Studios is at 105B – 8850 Walnut Grove Drive.
