Seniors invited to Monday brunch at Douglas Recreation Centre

Tickets are $5 each for Langely Seniors Week event

Attention seniors: bring your favourite hat and your appetite, and head to the Douglas Recreation Centre Monday morning for some brunch.

A Seniors Week Picnic, hosted by Langley City Recreation and Langley Meals on Wheels, is scheduled for June 5 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the centre, 20550 Douglas Cresc.

Tickets are $5 each and includes light lunch, entertainment and a fashion show by Boutique Finds.

Book ahead by phoning 604-514-2940 or in person at Timms Community Centre or at the Douglas Park Community Centre.
