International Festival on this weekend

Bard in the Valley performs Twelfth Night on the Spirit Square stage in Langley City on Saturday evening. The local Shakespeare company’s third annual summer production wrapped in Douglas Park over the weekend, but anyone who didn’t get a chance to take in the show will get another opportunity, when it moves to Langley Events Centre this weekend as part of the International Festival. The annual multi-cultural celebration takes place at 7888 200 St. on Aug. 25 and 26, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day. The play begins at 6 p.m. both evenings. Admission to the International Festival is $2 per person or $5 per family. The play is performed at no charge, but donations to Bard in the Valley will be accepted.
