A police composite drawing has been released of a teenage boy spotted rummaging through someone else's mail in the 20100 block of 40th Avenue on May 9.

The suspect was described as Caucasian, approximately 15 years old, wearing a red sweater with “Ecko” in white stitching across the chest and blue jeans.
