No Game One at Langley Events Centre

The Township is still working out the logistics for airing the Vancouver Canucks' Stanley Cup games at the Langley Events Centre.

But there will be no public screening party for today's game as the facility was already booked and the event cannot be changed.

Municipal staff are hoping to open the LEC for all other home games, said administrator Mark Bakken.

The Township had not planned to show the Stanley Cup games played in Boston, and but that is still a possibility.
