Bank robber dressed for escape
The man who robbed the Walnut Grove VanCity credit union branch on Tuesday, Sept. 13 was a short Caucasian man dressed for a quick escape.
The 5’9” man was wearing a white T-shirt and black Adidas track shorts with white stripes on the side.
He had a baseball cap with a red maple leaf and white lettering.
He arrived shortly before the credit union’s 5 p.m. closing time, demanded money and left with a small sum of cash.
He did not appear to have a weapon.
