Woman vanishes from shelter, not seen since August
A 58-year-old woman who recently severed ties with several friends has vanished from the Gateway of Hope shelter in Langley.
According to Langley RCMP, Evelyn Teichman also does not associate with her family.
She has not been seen since Aug. 20.
Cpl. Holly Marks said that police have talked to friends and associates of Teichman, as well as other shelters for the homeless in the area that she was known to frequent, but have come up empty handed. Teichman is Caucasian, stands 5-5 tall, weighs 185 lbs and has long blonde hair and blue eyes.
If anyone has information that will help police, friends and associates to locate Teichman, they are asked to call Langley RCMP at 604 532-3200.
