Life chain forms in Langley

Annemarie Vandergriendt (right) and Janice Visscher (left) were among 500 participants to line up along 200 Street between 62 Avenue and Fraser Highway on Saturday to form a Life Chain. The protest, organized by Langley Pro-Life, is to promote saying no to abortion. “It was extremely successful,” said organizer Jaclyn Penninga. “We were very happy with the chance to stand on the street and engage people in dialogue.”
