Teachers bring Christmas requests

Langley Teachers Association president Gail Chaddock-Costello donned a costume for a Christmas-themed protest Tuesday at the school district offices.

The LTA had a pile of tagged “gifts” outlining their demands for a new contract.

B.C. teachers have been on strike since school began in September, althiough they continue to teach in the clasxsroom.

Talks are moving at a snail's pace.
