A red Ford Escape with a visible novice driver sign on the back is loaded onto a tow truck outside of Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken at the intersection of Fraser Highway and 201A Street on Friday afternoon.

A red Kia with damage on the front hood was also at the scene.

Police had traffic blocked on Fraser Highway at the intersection.
