City workers mark Day of Mourning

On or near April 28 each year, memorial services are held across Canada. In Langley City, Mayor Peter Fassbender, along with Andrew Brown, Vice Preisdent of CUPE 2058 and Dave Skidmore, a representative from IAFF Local 3253, offered adresses to the employees which were followed by a ceremonial flag lowering to half mast
