Man jumps from Langley overpass
The Langley Bypass was closed off for more than an hour after a man jumped from the pedestrian overpass at Kwantlen Polytechnic University on Tuesday evening.
The man is expected to make a full recovery but did break several bones from the fall, said Langley RCMP. The 32-year-old man of no fixed address, jumped around 8 p.m.
He landed in a grassy area. Several drivers witnessed the scene and called 911. The man was airlifted to hospital where he remains.
