Maybe this jewel thief is getting married.

Langley RCMP are hoping someone can identify this person of interest relative to a jewelry theft of a man and woman’s rings.

On May 15, at approximately 5:30 p.m., a man entered Celini Jewelers in Willowbrook Shopping Centre and began a conversation with a salesperson.

He asked to see a lady’s ring and once he had it in his hand, he walked to the men’s rings and asked to see another. The salesperson asked to have the lady’s ring back, however the man simply grabbed the men’s ring and fled the store through the mall.

The man is described as Caucasian, approximately 20 years old, 5’9”, 165 lbs., light to medium build. He was wearing a white T-shirt and black cotton pants, carrying a black shoulder bag.
