City trash and recycling schedule adjusted for stat holidays

The City of Langley and its garbage and recycling contractor, Emterra Environmental, are reminding the public that due to the Christmas and New Year’s statutory holidays, all waste collection will be on the day following the regular pick-up day.

For example: if your regular pick-up day is on a Wednesday, collection will take place on Thursday instead.  If your regular pick-up day is Friday collection will take place on Saturday.

This shift of waste collection days will be for the weeks of Dec. 24 and Dec. 31 only.
