In a tradition that has spanned nearly two decades in Langley, Wayne Kuyer will don his Jacob Marley top hat and gloves and head out into the cold to ask the community to help those in need this Christmas.

From Dec. 12 until Dec. 19, Kuyer, aka Jacob Marley, will visit local businesses, asking for support, with all funds going to the Langley Christmas Bureau and the Empty Stocking Fund.

Entering the 18th year of the campaign, Kuyer, a chartered accountant, has raised more than $165,000 to date to help Lower Mainland families have a merrier Christmas.

He is happy to pick up any donations. Call him at 604-534-7212 to arrange for him to stop by.
