Times sorry for confusion over photo

The photo on page 1 of the June 24 edition of The Times, of a family watching the Langley Community Day parade on June 21, was mistaken by some readers as being related to a story on the same page about a man and woman using a baby as a distraction, while they steal from elderly people. The Times regrets the confusion, and apologizes for the challenges this has caused for the family.
