Morris is predeceased by his first wife Marline, his brother Ross, and most recently by his loving wife of 30 years, Leola. Our wonderful Dad is survived and being missed tremendously by; daughters Carole Bishop (Joanne Walton) and Leta (Gerry) Repp, son Bryane Bishop; grandchildren Emily (Neal) King, Jessica (Frank) Mueller and Derek (Laura)

Ingraham; great grandchildren, Kailey and Austin King and

Zachary Mueller; stepsons Larry Nerada and Gerald

Dad served in WW II with the Royal Canadian Navy. He worked for Roger’s BC Sugar Refinery as a master carpenter for 35 years until his retirement, by which time he and Leola were married and he no longer needed to run the local ‘Over 40’s Singles Club’. Dad and Leola retired to Langley in 1989 for a quieter life of gardening, family times and travel.

Dad was a gentle, compassionate, spiritual and always positive soul who was committed to his family, his community and a healthy, peaceful lifestyle. He regularly swam, walked for pleasure and enjoyed the community spirit and activities at the Langley Seniors Centre Dad remained robust, healthy, and active until his last day and left us a wonderful legacy. We always will miss him.

The family is grateful for the love and friendship of the many friends and staff at Harrison Landing, his home for the past 6 years and to Pearl

Moser for her love and companionship.

A Memorial Service will be held to celebrate Dad’s life on Thursday, September 3, 2009 at First Memorial 14835 Fraser Hwy, Surrey, B.C. In lieu of flowers, in memoriam donations may be made in Dad’s name to: Langley Seniors Recreation & Resource Centre, 20605-51B Avenue, Langley, B.C. V3A 9H1
