Richard is the third eldest brother. I am the youngest, at 51 years old.
As the youngest, he has always been there for me. I have watched as the communities in your area have benefited from his dedication to community. We share the parents that have always cared about communities.
Rich is a person of care and directness. Thank you to your communities at a time when Rich was in a car accident. Your emergency responders did an amazing job of helping.
