Not water wise

Editor: Our neighbourhood was visited by one of the municipal representatives about water usage for our lawn and gardens. They left with a message: “One hour weekly is all a healthy lawn needs.”

Why then do we see watering at McLeod Athletic Park in the heat of the day? I don’t think that is water wise.

G. Lieuwen,

Langley
