Board experiments with students
Editor: I have looked over 2007, and I ask myself how much better off are we in this community, in the aftermath of the present school board and its vote to experiment with the lives of the students of H,D. Stafford.
This whole issue has torn the community apart in so many ways. Where are the people who want this change? I hear that they were scared to come to the meetings.
I ask, what is it that they were scared about?
I think you will see these four faces (who voted for change) in the 2008 election. They see the writing on the wall, but if they are really believers in what they have done, they will run again.
Students, it’s not over until it’s over. I hear them say it’s time to get over it and move on. Let’s see if this crowd runs again.
Nothing in my 12 years in Langley has been such an issue as this.
