Another gold for James

For the third straight year, Tracy James has helped Team Canada win gold.

Competing at the world cheerleading championships at Orlando’s Walt Disney World Resort, James and her teammates were golden in the co-ed elite division.

The 25-year-old Langley resident is a former gymnast at Langley Gymnastics Foundation.
