Falcons soar in fourth quarter, down Bears

The North Langley junior bantam Bears could not hold on to a fourth-quarter lead as they lost 52-30 to the Abbotsford Falcons.

Max Joseph, Zander Bailey and Will Hawkins led the North Langley offence.

North Lanlgey's bantam Bears were on the short end of a 21-6 score to the Chilliwack Giants.

Michael Chan scored the team's lone touchdown on a punt return.

Chan, Eric Boomars, David Fredo, Won-Jae Boo, Adrian Clements and Colton Pierce led a determined defensive effort.

Joe Brake, Fredo and Boo led the rushing attack, while Braeden Pritchard and Kenzie Oram split quarterbacking duties.

Damon Vassos and Clements led the receivers.
