Bears edge Knights
Adrian Clements made plays on both side of the ball which proved to be huge for the North Langley Bears bantam football team.
Clements caught a two-point conversion attempt from quarterback Braeden Pritchard.
The Bears led 17-14 late in their game on Saturday against the Meadow Ridge Knights, but the Knights were driving for the go-ahed score until Clements picked off a pass to preserve the victory.
North Langley’s points came from touchdown catches from both Michael Chan and Damon Vassos, a a safety from the defence and a convert from Cameron Sparkes.
