TWU volleyball: Perrin earns all-Canadian honours
Trinity Western Spartans' Alicia Perrin' stellar season has not gone unnoticed.
The second-year middle for the Spartans women's volleyball team, Perrin was named a second-team all-Canadian at the CIS awards banquet on Wednesday in Hamilton.
Trinity Western is in Hamilton for the national championships (March 2-4) at McMaster University. The team is seeded sixth for the eight team event.
Perrin was second in the Canada West conference in hitting percentage at .328, third in blocks with 1.16 per set and 13th in points with 3.25 per set.
The week before, Perrin was named a Canada West first-team all-star and last season, she was the Canada West rookie of the year.
