Langley lifter wins bronze
Katelynn Williams took home the bronze medal at the Western Canadian weightlifting championships.
They were held in Edmonton last month.
Williams, who competes for the Semi Weightlifting Club, was third in the 75-kg division with a 200-kg combined score— 90 kg snatch and 110 in the clean and jerk.
The 25-year-old Williams is a Langley resident and 2005 graduate of Brookswood Secondary.
