Skyhawks pound Panthers in playoff action

The H.D. Stafford Skyhawks put on a dominating display.

The Grade 8 boys rugby team dismantled the visiting Lord Tweedsmuir Panthers to the tune of 80-5 in Fraser Valley quarter-final action on May 8 at Stafford.

Max Parsons led the onslaught with three tries with Isaiah Okoli and Josh Smallwood scored twice apiece.

Bryce Hamilton, Tyler Harris, Tha Kler, Htoo K’mwee and Alex Cherepaka each had one try and Eh Tha Taw kicked 10 converts.

Stafford hosts the Betty Gilbert Raptors tomorrow (Wednesday) in the semifinals.
