The Walnut Grove Gators will look to defend their 2011 Fraser Valley championship banner this week as McLeod Athletic Park plays host to the 2012 championships.

The two-day event runs May 15 and 17 and serves as a qualifier for next month's B.C. high school track and field championships, which will be contested at Burnaby's Swangard Stadium.
