Langley pair land on elite lacrosse squad
Two local lacrosse players have made the grade and will spend their summer playing with an elite travelling lacrosse squad.
Matt Stack was selected for the Burnaby Mountain Selects' Junior Elite squad while Kyle Toporchak is on the boys' U15 Elite team.
Stack plays defence while Toporchak plays attack.
The BMS teams, which are made up of top players from across B.C. and Washington State, will represent the club at elite tournaments in the U.S. over the course of the summer.
