Tough opener for Cowboys

It was a rough season opener for the Langley Cowboys.

The Langley Minor Football Association peewee squad's defence spent three quarters of the game on the field as they lost 32-0 to the visiting North Surrey Hawks at McLeod Park on Sept. 3.

Trevan Thavonesouk had a strong game, leading the Cowboys in tackling.
