Langley lacrosse trio honoured for volunteer efforts

Three stalwarts in the Langley minor lacrosse community have been recognized for their efforts as recipients of 2012 BC Lacrosse Association Presidents Awards.

Carolyn Brown, Sandra Osterby and John Pearson were announced as winners at the BCLA’s annual general meeting earlier this month (Oct. 12-14) in Whistler.

The Presidents Awards promote and celebrate the spirit of volunteerism by thanking individuals who have demonstrated outstanding dedication and commitment to lacrosse within their organizations.

Brown and Oserby are with the Langley Minor Lacrosse Association while Pearson is with the Langley Field Lacrosse Association.
