Spartans snag five gold at Harry Jerome Indoor Classic

Five gold, three silver and a pair of bronze medals were the total haul for members of the Trinity Western track and field team which was competing at the Harry Jerome Indoor Classic at the Richmond Oval on Saturday.

Nathan George (60m), Chris Voth (1500m), Emma Nuttall (high jump), Hazel Ross (60m hurdles) and Anastasia Pearse (300m) all took top spot in their respective events.

Pearse (60m hurdles) also won a silver while Ross (60m) added a bronze to their gold medals.

The other medals went to James Linde (300m) and Sabrina Nettey (60m), who both won silver and Amy Wood (1000m) who took bronze in her event.
