Blaze fall to Bulldogs

The Langley Senior Blaze fell behind early and could not recover, losing 8-0 to Burnaby Collegiate.

The two senior men's baseball teams took to the ball diamond at McLeod Athletic Park on July 8 in Pacific International League play.

Burnaby Collegiate improved to 5-9 with the win while Langley fell to 2-5.

The Bulldogs scored twice in the first, tacked on four more in the second and then added another two runs in the third.

The Blaze did not help their own cause, committing three errors, which led to three unearned runs.
