Langley seven going for gold with Team BC

Seven Langley lacrosse players will help their respective Team BC’s go for gold at the national lacrosse championships next week.

Nathaniel Kozevnikov, Ryan Martel and Quinn McKitrick will represent Team BC at the midget national championships, which run Aug. 4 to 9 in New Westminster and Coquitlam.

And while the boys stay local, four female lacrosse players are off to Whitby, Ont.

Daniela Carey has been chosen for the midget squad and Raachel Beaulieu, Natalie Rahler and Carrigan Rose will play for the bantam team.

Both of those competitions runs Aug. 4 to 9, as well.
