Langley's Kasper back with ’Caps U16 squad

Langley’s John Kasper will be back for another stint with the Vancouver Whitecaps U16 Residency roster for the upcoming United States Soccer Development Academy (USSDA) season.

Kasper is a defender who previously played for Surrey United in the B.C. High Performance League.

Prior to that, he played with the Langley United soccer program.

The Whitecaps kick off their fourth USSDA regular season on Sept. 13.
