All welcome to join in World Day of Prayer

Langley worship service will be held March 2 at Evangelical Free Church of Canada

The annual World Day of Prayer service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 2 at the Evangelical Free Church, at 8870 Glover Rd. in Fort Langley.

In every corner of the the world, people will gather on this day and join in prayer and praise. The theme for this service is Creation: “All God’s Creation is very good.”

The service this year was prepared by the people of Suriname (formerly Dutch Guyana) on the northern tip of South America on the Atlantic Ocean.

Many churches in the community are taking part in this ecumenical Christian service and all men and women are welcome and are invited to come and share in this special time of worship.
