The Addams Family comes alive on Brookswood Secondary stage

Musical comedy runs Feb. 8 to 18 at the high school theatre

Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family.

A man her parents have never met.

Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before — keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesdays normal boyfriend and his parents.

Come meet the family at Brookswood Music Theatre’s production of The Addams Family, A Musical Comedy.

The musical comedy runs at 7 p.m. Feb. 8 to 11 and Feb. 15 to 18 at the Brookswood Secondary theatre, 20902 37A Ave.

Artistic direction is by Gordon Hamilton and Sheri Eyre, musical direction is by Derrick Turi and Emily Hamel, and choeography is by Pauline Dynowski.
