HeHe Rosewood Comprehensive Living for Seniors is a private lifestyle facility designed for individuals and couples wishing to age in place in the Fraser Valley. The Old Yale Road site is conveniently situated near Fraser Highway and the Langley Bypass, along with downtown Langley shopping, beautiful parkland, a golf course, places of worship and medical facilities.
This development allows residents who have called Langley and the Fraser Valley home to remain in an area that is comfortable for them and to continue to be active members of their community.
The modern, well-appointed buildings include congregate living, assisted living and long-term care spanning 4,380 square metres, set into a beautiful, natural ecological landscape.
The proposed development has been submitted to the City of Langley for consideration. Site and floorplan diagrams will be brought to the general public for viewing on May 30 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Newlands Golf and Country Club, 21025 48 Ave.
Divided between two buildings, the project includes 303 homes, 28 of which are long-term care suites. Designed to offer community-style living, the main building will include a range of amenities for residents, including dining, medical, recreation and shared spaces.
The site is home to a sensitive ecological reserve, which influenced the facility’s overall design. Taking advantage of the creek’s location, the design of each building complements the other and provides a new layer of character to the area, while respecting the riparian setbacks.
Meet the architect and learn more about the project on Wednesday, May 30 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Newlands Golf and Country Club!
