VIDEO: Rollover crash sends one to hospital

Incident led to extended closure of busy south Langley road

Township of Langley crews responded to a report of a rollover MVA in the 2300 block of 208 Street in the Fernridge neighbourhood at around noon on Saturday. They arrived to find a vehicle upside down in a ditch.

The driver of the vehicle was rescued by firefighters and taken by ambulance to hospital in unknown condition. It appears the vehicle was southbound and entered the ditch, hitting a berm and then flipping end over end onto its roof.

The road was closed for some time while crews cleaned up the incident.
