Ceridwyn Elizabeth POST

POST – Ceridwyn (Ceri) Elizabeth (nee Camper), aged 63 years, passed away peacefully at Langley Hospice Residence on January 19, 2008. Lovingly remembered by her husband of 37 years, Bernard Post, daughters Tania Sprout (Dave Sprout) and Natasha Vander Wal (Steve Vander Wal), brother Eugene Camper, nephew Simon Camper and niece Zoe Camper, and many other relatives and friends. Ceri’s contributions to the community in Langley were great. She volunteered for many years at Simonds Elementary, where she also worked as a noon-hour supervisor and crossing guard. Later, she cared for children at Happy Life Daycare, Rainforest Learning Centre, Timms Community Centre and Douglas Recreation Centre. The children and their families brought her much joy and fulfillment. Her family wishes to give a special thanks to the staff and volunteers at Langley Hospice for their unique and compassionate care over the past four weeks. A celebration of Ceri’s life will be held at Henderson’s Funeral Home, 20786 Fraser Highway in Langley, on Thursday, January 24, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Langley Hospice Society or the BC Cancer Foundation.
