Charity hurt by thieves

Bottles and cans were meant to support Fraser Valley Humane Society.

Editor: I’d like to thank the thieves who brazenly stole two bags of bottles and cans from beside my house in the early hours of Monday morning.

I collect these during walks with my dog, or from various friends and relatives to raise funds for the Fraser Valley Humane Society.

Their (the thieves, that is) actions meant I didn’t have to sort or return these items. Unfortunately, it also means that the FVHS isn’t getting their donation from me this week.
