The Brookswood Bobcats are down to one crack at winning a game at the BC 3A provincial basketball championships.

The senior boys basketball team dropped a 59-40 decision to the Charles Hays Rainmakers on Friday morning at the Langley Events Centre.

The ’Cats — who were seeded 15th for the tournament — will play on Saturday in the 15th/16th place game.

In Brookswood’s first two games at provincials, they lost 79-49 to the South Kamloops Titans and 83-57 to the Nanaimo District Islanders.
