It will be a battle of the birds for the Grade 8 boys tier 1 rugby title.

The H.D. Stafford Skyhawks are set to face Abbotsford’s Fraser Falcons on May 21 in the Fraser Valley championship game.

It will be played at noon at Abbotsford’s Yale Secondary.

The Skyhawks advanced to the title game after a 57-0 win in the quarter-finals over the Earl Marriott Mariners on May 13 and then two days later a 39-15 win against the Lord Tweesmuir Panthers.
