This guy's favourite Canucks logo? The speeding skate from thee 1994 glory run to the Stanley Cup Final.

VIDEO: What’s your favourite Vancouver Canucks logo?

The Canucks – via their YouTube page – have asked their fans what their favourite all-time team logo is.

Johnny Canuck? The Millionaires maroon? The stick in the rink, or the Orca? Wait, the Orca with the blue, maroon, and silver, or the Orca with the green, blue, and white? The speeding skate from the team’s 1994 run to the Stanley Cup?

What’s your favourite Vancouver Canucks logo?

Oddly, nobody mentioned the crossing guard/3M innovation ‘V’ from the team’s first 1982 Cup run. We know the team is trying to distance itself from that perceived embarrassment, but you can’t tell me not one single person mentioned that concoction…

And, hey, it’s better than this abomination, introduced in the 1995/96 season. At least the yellow or black ‘V’ was so eye-watering that it’s become loved as a punchline. Not so for the team’s red and black “slash” tunics from the Mogilny era.
